Running 24 hours a day on hardware we own and pay for. No ads, no algorithm, no account needed, nothing tracked. The rotation shifts through the day, louder in the morning, calmer and stranger through the afternoon, mixed all evening, electronic through the small hours.
Requests are open, see the Request tab. Anything you'd like added that isn't in the library, send it the same way.

ATOMIC FM does not want your data. There is no account to make, no newsletter, no advertising network, no analytics package and no tracking pixel anywhere on this site. What follows is a plain description of the only places information moves at all.
Your settings, theme, volume, scanlines, animation, lyrics on/off, tuning sound and
the lyrics timing offset, are saved with localStorage under keys
beginning atomicfm.. They live in your browser on your device. They are never
transmitted to the station, to us, or to anyone else, and we cannot read them. Clearing
your site data removes them and the page returns to defaults.
This site sets no cookies of its own.
Pressing play opens a direct connection from your device to the station server at
atomicfm.duckdns.org. Like any web server, it can see your IP address, the
time you connected, how long you stayed and your browser's user-agent string. That is
how a listener count exists at all. We use it in aggregate, the number on this page
is simply how many connections are open. We do not build listener profiles and we do not
sell, share or publish any of it.
Requesting a track from the library sends that request to the station server, which records it so it can enforce the gap between requests and stop one person flooding the queue. That record includes your IP address and the track requested.
The "ask for something we don't have" form is handled by Netlify Forms and emailed to the station owner. Whatever you type is what gets sent: the songs, and your name and email address only if you choose to fill those in. Both are optional and the form works without them. The submission is stored in the station's Netlify account and in the owner's mailbox until deleted. Ask and it will be deleted.
If your browser can't reach the form, the page falls back to opening your own email client with the message pre-filled. In that case nothing is sent until you press send yourself, and it goes straight to the station's mailbox.
The micro buttons on this page are plain links to the projects the station is built on. They are not served by an ad network, they carry no tracking, and nobody is paid for them.
This site is not directed at children and collects nothing that would identify anyone, of any age, beyond the server logs described above.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Questions about anything here, or a request to delete something, go to the station by email , use this link.
This is a plain-language notice about a hobby radio station, written to be accurate rather than to satisfy any particular jurisdiction. It is not legal advice.

Every recording aired on ATOMIC FM remains the property of its respective artists, songwriters, performers, producers, labels and rights holders. ATOMIC FM is a non-commercial hobby broadcast. It claims no ownership of, and no rights to, any recording it plays. Nothing here is offered for download, and the stream is provided for listening only.
If you hold rights to something played here and you want it gone, email the station and it will be pulled from rotation. There is no argument, no form to complete and no waiting on a legal process. It comes off the air.
It helps if your message includes:
Album artwork shown on this page is read from the metadata embedded in the station's own audio files and served from the station's server. It belongs to the labels and artists who created it, and is shown only to identify what is currently playing. It is covered by the same takedown promise above.
Lyrics are fetched live from LRCLIB, a community-maintained database, and are displayed only while the matching track is on air. They are never stored by this site. Rights in the underlying lyrics belong to their writers and publishers. Turn the Lyrics option off in settings if you would rather the page not fetch them at all.
The design, layout, code and the trefoil mark on this page were made for ATOMIC FM and belong to the station. The two typefaces are Anton and VT323, both served by Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font License.
These names and marks belong to their respective projects. The micro buttons on this page are credits and links, not endorsements, none of these projects is affiliated with ATOMIC FM.
Nothing on this page is legal advice. It is a statement of how this station intends to behave: play music, credit everyone, and remove anything the moment a rights holder asks.
